Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental U.S.
Priority Shipping
Priority orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via priority delivery typically arrive in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental U.S. *Express Shipping is not available for international orders.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for store credit only. Returns must be received back to us in new condition within 14 days of delivery date.
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT/COUPON CODE ARE FINAL SALE.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup or deodorant stains and still have tags attached.
All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange, or refund.
All accessories including intimates, bras, hats and swim are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.
Shoes must be returned in their original box/packaging in new condition with no scuffs.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not refund shipping costs.
A restocking fee may apply if you return an item past the 14 day return window.

If the size which you ordered doesn't fit or you would like to exchange an item which you bought from us, please email us at feathersnfringe94@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange.
How to Send Your Return Back (Store Credit Only)
You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the delivery date. Please include your packing slip/invoice, or write your order # on a slip of paper and place it inside the package. Your return will be processed for store credit within 2-3 business days from the date we receive the item(s). Refund will be emailed (to the email you provided us with when you placed original order) as an e-gift card in the amount of the item(s) being returned.

Will You Restock?
Many of our items are bought in very limited quantities and may sell out quickly. We rarely restock items so if you see something you love, order fast!
However, new items are added to our website weekly, which occasionally include past items in variant colors and styles.
Additionally, we currently can not send automatic notifications when items have been restocked.
