Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only. You have up to 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT/COUPON CODE ARE FINAL SALE.

    • All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have tags attached.
      • All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange, or refund.
        • All accessories including cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks, and Final Sale/Clearance category items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. 
        • Bikinis are FINAL SALE.
          • Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.
            • Shoes must be returned in their original box. Damage to the shoes makes them ineligible for returns.
              • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
                • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
                • A restocking fee may apply if you return a item past the return window.
                  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. For any questions, please contact shop@feathersnfringe.com. 

                    How to Send Your Return Back (Store Credit Only)

                    You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the date you received it. Please include your packing slip/invoice, or write your order # on a slip of paper and place it inside the package. Your return will be processed within 2 business days from the date we receive the item(s).
