Our Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit only, up to 15 calendar days from the date you place your order.
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT/COUPON CODE ARE FINAL SALE.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have tags attached.
- All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange, or refund.
- All accessories including cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks, and Final Sale/Clearance category items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box. Damage to the shoes makes them ineligible for returns.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee may apply if you return a item past the return window.
- If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. For any questions, please contact email@example.com.
How to Send Your Return Back (Store Credit Only)
You must return your items to the address below within 15 days from the date you placed your order. Please include your packing slip/invoice, or write your order # on a slip of paper and place it inside the package. Your return will be processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the item(s).
